Refund policy

If you bought a Zmiy license for the first time and haven't injected the cheat into a live CS2 match, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. We treat "injected into a live match" as the moment the loader reports a successful handshake against an online competitive server.

Refunds are denied when, before the request:

• The cheat ran in a live competitive match.
• The license was rebound across HWID slots more than once.
• The account triggered a violation of the Terms of Use (resale, sharing, decryption attempts).
• More than 14 days have passed since the purchase timestamp on the Stripe receipt.

Two things we will refund regardless of the 14-day window:

• Extended outage. If a CS2 patch knocks Zmiy offline for more than 14 calendar days and you have not been able to use the license since, email us and we'll either credit unused days or refund pro-rata.
• Mistaken charge. Duplicate charges, charges to a card you didn't authorise, currency conversion errors. Always refundable.

Email [email protected] with the email address on the license and the Stripe receipt ID. We respond within two business days. Approved refunds reach the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Lifetime licenses follow the same 14-day window. After that, lifetime is non-refundable except under the "Exceptions outside the window" section above.
